Cancellation Policy
For Essential, Elite, Bridal, and Package Tanning
At Arttan, we value your time and ours. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy for tanning reservations at our studio:
- Cancellation Notification: If you need to cancel or reschedule your tanning appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time. This allows us to adjust our schedule and provide other clients the opportunity to book that time slot.
- Late Cancellation or No-Show: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice or do not show up at the scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of the tanning service cost.
- Late Arrival: We recommend arriving promptly for your session. If you arrive late, your tanning time will be shortened to avoid delays for other clients, and the total cost of the service will remain the same.
- Studio Cancellations: Occasionally, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, such as unscheduled maintenance or emergencies. We will do our best to notify you in advance and reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.
- Group Policy: If you have booked an appointment for a group of people, the cancellation policy will apply individually to each client in the group.
This policy is in place to ensure efficient scheduling and provide quality service to all our clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Cancellation Policy for Mentoring
I understand that changes to your plans can occur. To keep our online mentoring sessions organized and effective, here is my cancellation policy:
- Cancellation Notification: If you need to cancel or reschedule our online mentoring session, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time. This will help me reorganize my schedule and offer that time to other students.
- Late Cancellation or No-Show: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not attend the session, it will be considered a late cancellation, and the session will be considered as used. In this case, no refunds will be provided.
- Late Arrival: If you arrive late for the session, I will be unable to extend the time. The session will be shortened according to the originally scheduled time.
- Tanning Technician Cancellations: In case I need to cancel or reschedule our session due to unforeseen circumstances, I will notify you as soon as possible, and we will work together to find a new date at no additional cost.
